Stevia

Stevia is about 8 years old and Citrine's adopted little sister. She appeared after a Drop Storm — a small, loud kid with nobody able to explain where she came from. She might be an inconsistency herself: a gap that survived collection, a kid nobody fully remembers arriving. Citrine's family took her in because that's what they do — they collect strays.

She ran away from the ranch, taking Null (a small, chaotic creature) with her. Citrine wants Null back. Stevia says Null chose her. This is their sibling argument in miniature: who gets to decide where a creature belongs?

She wears a hoodie most of the time, with armor underneath because people are constantly coming after her. She wears headphones and has an attitude. She's part of a cyberpunk gang of hackers who make their money writing computer viruses and then selling people the antivirus. Her virus/antivirus racket mirrors the Lisk's attention economy in miniature — create the problem, sell the solution. She's already doing what the Lisk does, at miniature scale, without knowing it.

Her chaos is instinctive survival in a world that collects the boring. She gives terrible advice with total certainty and references her hacker gang constantly. The youngest and most unhinged member of the group — and possibly the one with the deepest intuitive understanding of how the simulation actually works.
